Summary


We are recruiting a high-calibre and experienced manager who aligns with our HEART values to lead our Overseas Visitors Service, a vital part of our award-winning Finance Department.

Key responsibilities of the Overseas Patient Manager include:

- Effective Trust-wide management of overseas visitor processes and Injury Cost Recovery/Road Traffic Accident claims across our three sites: Northwick Park, Central Middlesex, and Ealing Hospitals.

- Developing and maintaining Trust-wide policies and procedures for the service.

- Managing a large team across the three hospital sites.

- Acting as the main management contact for external and internal stakeholders in relation to the service.

- Driving the continuous development of the department.

This is a senior post within the Finance Directorate, offering leadership responsibility for a Trust-wide service. The post holder is expected to make a positive contribution to the overall objectives of the Directorate and the Trust, including demonstrating our HEART values and, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement, supporting our aspiration to achieve Level 3 “Towards Excellence” accreditation from One NHS Finance.
