Crynodeb
We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Operative to join the team at Brookside Residential Home.
The successful applicant will be required to carry out identified monitoring programmes across a range of key health and safety areas; record all outcomes, incidents of defect and non conformance and ensuring all records are maintained.
Maintaining the building fabrication and condition with planned and reactive works will also form part of the day to day role.
