We are looking for anenthusiastic and highly motivated Physiotherapistto join our team at Newham Hospital tolead in the acute assessment of patients admitted into theEmergency Department (ED), as well as the Acute Assessment Unit (AAU) and the Older Persons Service (OPS) wards. There is much opportunity todevelop your clinical and leadership skills

You will be part of the Emergency Therapy and Older Persons Service (ETOPS) which covers the Emergency Department, the Acute AssessmentUnitand the Older Persons Wards. This is a team of 15 therapists and therapy support workers, who take care of approximately 92 beds within Newham Hospital.



You willplay a major role in the advanced assessment, treatment, clinical management and discharge planning of patients attending ED, AAU and OPS in determining clinical diagnosis, functional deficits, treatment programs, pathway management and discharge planning.
