Summary
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide Mobile delivery of facilities support services across our client sites. The role will be responsible for carrying out a range of General Maintenance tasks to a number of sites within a set region. Key duties, though not exhaustive, are listed below. This is a mobile role covering “location/area” .
Duties:
General small repairs (including but not limited to re-fixing door handles, loose hinges/items, replace slats in blinds, shower fixings and rails)Re-lamping of defective luminariesLock replacement for desk/cabinets.Code changes to digi locksInstallation and repair of spy holesInstallation of new blinds.Toilet seat re fixing and replacementLoose carpet fixing/carpet tile replacingHanging and re fixing items to wallsMinor building fabric repairs, walls, skirting boards, doors.Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks if required (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.)Monthly utilities meter readingsMinor decorating tasksMinor plumbing repairs including drain blockageComply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies
