Summary

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Bexley PFI Schools team based in Bexley.

Location: BexleyHours: 40 hours per week - 08:00 to 17:00

What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Bexley PFI Schools team, ensuring the effective delivery of all contractual services while maintaining strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You'll oversee the operational and financial performance of the contract, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence.

Your day to day will include:

-Managing the full delivery of the PFI contract, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and statutory requirements

-Overseeing operational teams, subcontractors, and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and performance excellence

-Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract retention

-Leading and developing the contract team, fostering collaboration, wellbeing, and a high-performance culture

-Monitoring and reporting on contract performance, financials, and quality assurance activities

What are we looking for?This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:

-You have proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within a PFI environment

-You hold relevant industry qualifications (IOSH, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Safety)

-You have strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams

-You possess sound knowledge of statutory compliance, building services, and health & safety legislation

-You're financially astute, with experience managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and contract reporting
