Hours - Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 9.10 am, term time.
To take on the role of CIW Person in Charge and manage the running of the day to day running of the breakfast club, to provide a safe and stimulating play environment for the children attending the club. Whilst working in line with the standards set out by Playworks Childcare and our Policies and Procedures and managing a team of staff.
The role of Club Manager includes -
effectively managing the day to day running of the club, setting up the club and cleaning at the end of the session.
Working in partnership with parents and Playworks Development Manager to plan for the individual needs and preferences of the children.
Providing opportunities for play and learning which encourage all areas of development.
Ensuring that club is welcoming and friendly, while taking into account all health and safety issues.
Providing the children with a healthy and nutritious breakfast.
Ensuring that all the policies set out by Playworks childcare are adhered to at all times.
The successful applicant should hold a level 3 CCLD or Level 3 Playwork qualification. An Enhanced DBS check is required for the role.
