Summary
CNC Machinist
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00-16:30
Friday: 08:00-15:30
Overtime available midweek and Saturdays at 1.5x hourly rate
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join a well-established and growing joinery business in Doncaster. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering long-term work for the right candidate. You will be working with a team of professionals in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Maestro or Xilog) for precision woodworking
- Interpret technical drawings and job specifications to ensure accurate machining
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist (essential)
- Proficient in using Maestro or Xilog CNC software
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Own transport is desirable due to location
