Job Description:

This volunteer role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT, digital media, and social media marketing, with opportunities to contribute to real-world projects that enhance online engagement, generate sales, and increase operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Maintenance

Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining modern, responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress and other web design tools.

Creative Digital Design

Produce engaging graphics, videos, and digital content using tools like Canva, Leonardo, Microsoft Designer, and others.



Social Media Strategy, Management & Marketing

Develop, post, and manage consistent content across a range of social platforms including, but not limited to:

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms, as needed.

Maintain platform-specific strategies to increase audience engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.

Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Monitor and respond to community queries and feedback.

Digital Advertising & Performance Optimization

Assist in creating and managing targeted digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).

Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to improve strategies and outcomes.

Collaboration & Productivity

Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet) for effective team collaboration.

Training & Peer Support

Share knowledge with peers about tools, digital strategies, and best practices in IT and social media marketing.

Community & Charitable Support

Participate in projects that support charitable initiatives, such as providing tech or media support for individuals with disabilities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of web development (HTML, WordPress, or similar).

Experience with multimedia and design tools (Canva, Leonardo, etc.).

Familiarity with a variety of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

Understanding of social media analytics, advertising platforms, and performance tracking.

Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet).

Soft Skills:

Strong writing and communication skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and innovative mindset.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Education & Eligibility:

Open to current undergraduate/postgraduate students or recent graduates.
