Radiology Receptionist/Admin – Children’s Hospital
Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? Join the Radiology team in the Children’s Hospital and play an important part in supporting patients, families, and clinical staff in a warm and welcoming environment.
As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face patients see first — helping children and their families feel at ease while ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Working hours:
Working hours 27 hours per week; Tues-Wed-Thurs Fri
What you’ll be doing:
· Welcoming patients and families on arrival and ensuring they feel supported
· Updating and checking patient details with accuracy
· Helping patients and families with queries, both in person and over the phone
· Booking appointments and supporting with inpatient processes
· Providing essential clerical and admin support to keep the department running smoothly
· Liaising with clinical staff and escalating any issues where needed
