Long Term Futures are recruiting for a specialist provision in Leicestershire where every pupil is supported to build confidence, resilience and life skills in a calm, structured environment.
Small class sizes and strong staff-to-pupil ratios means you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact every day. Pupils benefit from personalised learning alongside outdoor activities, therapeutic experiences and creative opportunities, giving you a varied and rewarding role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH
- Supporting emotional regulation and encouraging positive behaviour
- Assisting teachers with lessons and personalised learning plans
- Building strong, consistent relationships that help pupils feel safe and engaged
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet pupils' needs
Who We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people (in education, youth work, care, sports coaching or similar)
- Calm, patient, and nurturing with a proactive approach
- Ability to build trust and maintain consistency in challenging situations
- Team player with excellent communication skills
