Summary
Bishop Bewick Catholic Education Trust is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of IT Operations to lead the delivery of outstanding IT services across our Trust. With over 14,000 pupils and 1,900 staff, our Trust spans Newcastle, North Tyneside, and Northumberland, and prides itself on collaboration, innovation, and excellence in education.
This is a pivotal role within our Central Team, responsible for managing a network of IT Support Technicians, coordinating service delivery across all schools, and ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with the Trust’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise—particularly in Microsoft 365 administration—with excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
