As a Driving Assistant/Porter, you will help create a lasting impression for customers during their delivery experience. Your day will involve everything from delivering recliners to footstools and navigating a variety of homes. No experience needed - we'll provide all the training.
Main Duties to include
- Complete all deliveries into customers' homes in a safe and professional manner, without causing any damage to furniture or customers'
- Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure that they know you're on your way to their
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave them with any rubbish to dispose of.
- Represent the Company values and those of the brand partners in everything that you do.
- Work with your team and managers to provide feedback and continually improve the standards of service we
