We are seeking a motivated Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a prestigious government site.

Job Description
As Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the front-of-house department, ensuring the highest standards of food service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Catering Manager to deliver services and events, manage staff, and uphold compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a professional and efficient service aligned with ISS standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage FOH staff, including supervisors, assistants, and agency personnel
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations
Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Maintain strong client relationships and attend client/company meetings
Manage stock levels, ordering, and food wastage using contract tools
Conduct cleaning audits and ensure timely rectification of issues
Deputise for the Catering Manager when required
Ensure all documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records are maintained
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in food service, catering, or hospitality
CIEH Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain within probation)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
IT literate and budget management awareness
Experience supervising teams and delivering high standards
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
