DWP’s Change Portfolio currently consists of 25 Programmes. These programmes broadly focus on creating a more efficient and customer-focused welfare system, driving up labour market participation by removing barriers to work, reducing fraud and alleviating poverty, supporting people with health conditions and disabilities to improve their health outcomes and life chances, and transforming how and where we work as a department, to make our service offering and operating environment better for our customers and local communities and our people as well.
