Full job description
We are one of Grantham's leading providers in the manufacture and supply of quality Window Blinds and Shutters. Due to Expansion, we are seeking experienced Blind Fitter to join our team.
The role involves interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with our trade and retail customers in a pleasant and informed manner.
Working Monday - Friday 07:30am - 17:00pm
The vacancy would suit applicants that are looking for a flexible and interesting permanent position and would enjoy undertaking a wide range of tasks in a pleasant and friendly working environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Fit Blinds & Shutters to a consistently high standard
• Attend appointments on time
• Recommend and present items that match customer needs
• Keep up-to-date with relevant product information
• Ascertain customers’ wants and needs

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
This role involves standing for long periods, lifting and moving heavy components, repetitive tasks, and work in a temperature-controlled but workshop environment. Occasional overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
