Summary
Phoenix Care Staff are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team, providing exceptional care and support to clients across the Lancaster and Morecambe area.
Phoenix Care Staff is proud to deliver the highest standard of care to our clients while supporting and valuing every member of our team.
Experience with challenging behaviour is essential for this role, and a practical Moving and Handling certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support residents with meals and drinks, including preparation and feeding assistance
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health and well-being
• Safely move and position residents following correct handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Follow all health and safety and safeguarding protocols
