It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide support for a positive and independent man who is a wheelchair user.Location: Bressingham, NorfolkDetailsI’m a 34-year-old man living with Friedreich’s Ataxia, which affects my balance, coordination, and muscle control (similar to MS). I value kindness, empathy, and a person-centred approach to care.
Although I try to do as much as I can for myself, I need support with all aspects of daily living — including personal care, domestic tasks, shopping, cooking, and engaging in activities.
I enjoy going to the gym, and I have a dog and a cat, so it’s important that my P.A. is an animal lover.
I’m currently looking for someone who can cover when p.a's are off, with around 4+ hours a week available at present. There may be additional hours in the future, and I’m happy to be flexible depending on availability.

Exact hours and times to be negotiated at interview stage.· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.· Free Training can be provided to employed staff.The post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
