To effectively deliver the following qualifications:
Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (RQF)
Highfield Level 2 Award in Front of Stage Pit Barrier Operations (RQF)
Highfield Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry
We are also recruiting Physical Intervention Instructors for our training centre based in The Mansion House, Wrest Park, Bedfordshire and if required at one or both of our training venues in Canary Wharf & Daventry.
Candidates must hold the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) (min or equivalent) or one of the following qualifications in order to deliver our courses:
Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Conflict Management Training (RQF)
Level 3 Award in the Delivery of Physical Intervention Training (RQF)
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) (min or equivalent)
SSTD also delivers courses in the work place, so if you are prepared to travel you could be a great asset to the company.
The objective of the qualification is to: Support a role within the workplace, especially those that have a customer facing role and deal with service users and/or the public and Provide learners personal growth and engagement in learning and development.
