Crynodeb
This is a highly visible role that proactively works at all levels of the organisation and with key stakeholders, to drive the charity's People Strategy, including innovative talent, pay and reward strategies. The postholder will effectively support a professional service across a range of people management and development activities with a focus on managing employee relations cases and supporting all talent, pay and reward processes across the charity. Responsibilities include business partnering with designated department heads, managers and Assistant or Associate Directors to provide professional expertise across all areas of people management and development, including recruitment and retention, onboarding, learning and continuous development, employee experience, and organisational change.
