Residential Conveyancer - Northampton/Hybrid Working
I am looking to speak to Residential Property Lawyers who may be interested in exploring opportunities in the Northampton area in regards to an opportunity within a thriving local practice.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with the wide range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales purchases, sales, transfers of equity, new builds and remortgage matters in order to hit the ground running in a successful department.
The firm is open to both qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and licensed conveyancers as well as unqualified experienced conveyancing executives.
Although a busy team owing to their top rate reputation for this type of work the department prioritises quality over quantity and caseload sizes are manageable and carefully managed to ensure all clients receive a high level of personalised service.
You will be rewarded with a good salary (based on experience) along with other perks and superb progression prospects within a growing team.
