Job Description
Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.
This job is Workstyle 5 – Hybrid+
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to: lead public service in a complex environment; provide effective and visible leadership; innovatively support and lead allocated services to secure and sustain the necessary changes in culture and practice and to ensure that these services perform well and in line with Angus Health and Social Care Partnership strategic aims and objectives.
The right candidate must be able to drive forward transformational changes, have experience of leading planning and improvements to a high standard and manage groups of professional staff to improve standards of service, and deliver service improvements and efficiencies.
Experience of leading Service Reviews which have produced efficiencies and or improvements and achieved increased value for money is essential.
You will have considerable experience in business planning and, specifically, policy development and implementation.
You must have the ability to identify opportunities/potential benefits that can be achieved by using digital technologies to transform service delivery and drive forward our commissioned services, charging and experience of performance management and successful service improvement against challenging outcomes/objectives via the introduction and maintenance of professional support systems.
You will also have a substantial knowledge of Equalities and ensure that HSCP are compliant with legislation and relevant guidance.
A degree or equivalent and necessary relevant experience is essential.
