Plus generous benefit including: • 45 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleThis is a dual role supporting both Health T-Level learners and Health & Social Care Apprentices. You will deliver high-quality progress reviews, set clear targets, and provide structured support to help learners achieve, progress, and complete their programmes successfully. You will liaise with employers to monitor performance, engagement, and attendance, identify additional support needs, and ensure compliance with ESFA and awarding body requirements. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality learner outcomes, supporting employer partnerships, and driving the continued growth of Health programmes.This role is fixed term until November 2026.About the personWe are looking for someone who is organised, confident, and committed to supporting learners in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you will have experience in health or social care, although this is not essential.
