Plus generous benefit including: • 45 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) • Generous Occupational Pension SchemeAbout the roleThis is a dual role supporting both Health T-Level learners and Health & Social Care Apprentices. You will deliver high-quality progress reviews, set clear targets, and provide structured support to help learners achieve, progress, and complete their programmes successfully. You will liaise with employers to monitor performance, engagement, and attendance, identify additional support needs, and ensure compliance with ESFA and awarding body requirements. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality learner outcomes, supporting employer partnerships, and driving the continued growth of Health programmes.This role is fixed term until November 2026.About the personWe are looking for someone who is organised, confident, and committed to supporting learners in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you will have experience in health or social care, although this is not essential. You should be proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic about professional development, with a strong focus on safeguarding, equality, and delivering high-quality learner support.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to learners’ futures while contributing to a growing Health programme.About the CollegeWe are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our apprenticeships can be studied from level 2 to level 5 across a range of different career pathways.
