Senior Care Worker – Fixed Term (Up to 1 Year)
Florence Shipley Community Care Centre
Are you passionate about making a difference? We're looking for a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our amazing team for up to 12 months!
Your Role:
- Lead and mentor care staff
- ️ Deliver personal care with compassion
- ❤️ Focus on person-centred care – putting residents at the heart of everything we do!
- Administer medication and personal service planning
- Allocating day to tasks within care team
- Promote best practices and high-quality support
- ️ Communicate effectively for smooth handovers
- Be a senior point of contact during shifts
What You’ll Need:
- ✅ QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- ️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ️ Flexibility to work early and late shifts
- Availability for weekends and Bank Holidays
- Full training provided!
