WF Tech is partnering with an exciting, high-quality precision manufacturing business in Aylesbury, working with some of the UK’s leading motorsport and engineering brands. We are looking for an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist to take on a leadership role, work with cutting-edge technology, and enjoy a 4-day working week alongside great pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do:
⦁ Operate and manage 3 & 5 Axis CNC Mills
⦁ Read and interpret engineering drawings with accuracy
⦁ Ensure top-quality output with meticulous attention to detail
⦁ Lead the machining department, collaborating with your team to solve challenges and improve processes
