Crynodeb
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Administrator to join our team at Talbot Timber Merchants in Pembroke Dock.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day responsibilities and is confident working in both office and retail environments.
What you’ll be doing:
• Daily banking and till reconciliation in line with company procedures.
• Processing goods received notes and updating purchase orders.
• Booking in IBTs and special orders.
• Monitoring stock movements and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Maintaining shelf-edge labels and stationery supplies.
• Filing advice notes and providing proof of delivery when required.
• Assisting with stock takes and correcting stock location issues.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across admin and sales functions.
