Working Pattern: Hours between 07:30-18:30 (Mon - Sun. Every other weekend required)

As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be both a warm front-of-house ambassador and a key member of our catering operation, helping to prepare and serve food while ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and engaged.

The Role

Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for guests and colleagues

Assist with preparation and service of food, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

Engage with guests, answering queries about the site, facilities, and catering services

Promote workplace amenities, catering options, and on-site activities

Build rapport and foster relationships with guests and colleagues

Share ideas to improve the workplace, site experience, and catering operations

Represent the catering and operations teams professionally, reflecting ISS values

About You

Enthusiastic approach to work

Catering experience is preferred - but a positive, can-do attitude is essential

Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene

You can follow instructions but are not scared to make your own decisions for what's best for the customer

Making sure the customer come first, ensuring their experience is an exceptional one one

A determined team player who works well with others
