Public Services Lecturer
Location: Aylesbury
Hours: Part-time – 18 hours teaching + 8 hours admin
Contract: Temporary ongoing

Overview
Teem Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Public Services Lecturer to join a well-established educational institution in the Aylesbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire learners in their progression.
Requirements
• Recent experience working as a Public Services Lecturer
• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
• Experience teaching Level 2 & 3 classes
• Must hold a current Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service)
Key Responsibilities
• Teach Level 2 & 3 classes
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that ensure student progress
• Monitor learner achievement and provide constructive feedback and support
• Keep up to date with curriculum developments and industry best practice
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, learners, and parents
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Contribute to curriculum planning, departmental development, and assessment processes
