We are looking for a kind and passionate Service Coordinator to join our team in the Swansea Area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week. Our Service Coordinator role undertakes the line management of the team and operational tasks. Working with the Team Leader to ensure the people we support with mental health needs; some of whom are recovering from substance use to live independently as possible and help them to lead flourishing lives.

About the role
Service Coordinator ensure our tenants can live a flourishing life by supporting them to achieve their defined goals and outcomes. They support Mental Health Support Workers to assist our tenants to live independently by helping with general household tasks and their accommodation needs. You’ll ensure that a culture is developed which reflects our values and the aspiration that we have for our services. It will involve people management and everything that entails, such as performance and absence management, personal development conversations and supervision.
About you
As a Service Coordinator you will need to:

support the team leader in ensuring that the services meets and exceeds regulatory and commissioner requirements.
To undertake risk assessments and be responsible for reporting and minimising potential health and safety issues at all times.
