Crynodeb
The comprehensive extension to funding further endorsed the contribution of this Intermediate Care Pharmacy team. The role of the Clinical Pharmacy Technician is developing rapidly within our service, and we aim to continue this skill-mix, challenging the boundaries, giving more time for Pharmacists to be working at the top of their licence. To join the team you will need to have a passion for patient care and be able to work as part of a diverse multidisciplinary team. You should be resilient, adaptable, caring and keen to contribute to service development. You will be based within a set borough (either Newport, Chepstow or Ebbw Vale) as part of the clinical and social care teams. You will be required to travel regularly to provide cover within an agreed area (within working hours), as well as providing remote cover to other boroughs when needed as part of our overall team. The role also involves visiting patients in their own homes. You must be prepared to travel having access to your own transport (travel expenses reimbursed).
