At Cariad Care North Wales, we believe great care starts with great people. We’re expanding our friendly domiciliary care team and are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to support people in their own homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.
What You’ll Do
• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living, personal care, and companionship
• Assist with meal preparation, medication, and light household tasks
• Promote independence and wellbeing for each individual
• Work within a supportive team delivering high-quality care in line with company and CQC/CIW standards
• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
