Prince Henry’s are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Administration Officer to join their support staff team.

The Administration Officer will manage the Prince Henry’s iPad scheme and support the financial administration of Prince Henry’s Grammar School, including but not limited to payments for trips, extra-curricular activities, and catering. The postholder will also be required to manage all cash payments at Prince Henry’s Grammar School.

The successful candidate will have:

• English & Mathematics GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) to a range of stakeholders and audiences
• Experience of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to keep accurate and appropriate records
• Knowledge of Financial software packages such as Sage (desirable).
