Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a physically capable and motivated Industrial Cleaner to join a busy site service team in Avonmouth, Bristol. This is a hands-on role in a supportive and well-run industrial environment. Due to location, applicants must have their own transport.

Hours & Pay

  • Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm

  • £14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 after 3 months

  • Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across industrial areas

  • Perform dry cleaning of large-scale workspaces and equipment using vacuums

  • Carry out manual handling tasks up to 20kg safely

  • Ensure all areas meet site hygiene and safety standards

  • Support the wider site services team as required

  • Work safely in a dusty, non-smoking industrial environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous industrial cleaning experience desirable but not essential

  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting tasks

  • Excellent time-management and efficiency under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of safety protocols

  • Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team
