If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We're looking for a Technical Planning Team Leader based in the West & East Midlands areas to join our Property Care team and lead a group of dedicated Lead Planners and Work Planners. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring repairs and maintenance services are scheduled effectively and completed to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing planning team.

-Overseeing the scheduling of repairs to ensure “right first time” completion.

-Providing technical guidance to scope and time jobs accurately.

-Collaborating with other team leaders to optimise resource use.

-Ensuring customers receive timely, clear updates and resolving complaints swiftly.

-Monitoring work-in-progress and escalating issues to maintain service delivery.

-Supporting continuous improvement and training initiatives.

-Deputising for the Planning Manager when required.

What We're Looking for:

It is Essential that you have:

-Previous trade or supervisory experience.

-Strong understanding of repairs and maintenance operations.

And desirable if you have:

-Trade-related qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).

-Customer Service Management qualification or equivalent experience.

We also need you to have:

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability.

-Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements.

-Knowledge of health & safety, HR policies, and digital tools.

-Technical understanding of trade skills and realistic scheduling.

-Full Driving Licence as there will be travel across the area.

As our teams are patch based you'd also need to be based in one of the following areas: the West Midlands and Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire.
