Are you an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager looking for your next opportunity in Aylesbury? We’re seeking a motivated leader to manage and grow a thriving home care service dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.
The Role
As our Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining outstanding care standards, and leading a dedicated team of care professionals. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the service, drive quality, and make a real difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, support, and develop a team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care staff.
Ensure full compliance with CQC and company policies.
Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of care staff.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and growth targets.
Lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
About You
To succeed as a Domiciliary Care Manager / Home Care Manager, you should have:
Proven experience in domiciliary or home care management.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and inspection frameworks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
