About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to joinWest London NHS Trustas anOperational Effectiveness Manager, supporting delivery of high-quality, efficient, and person-centred care across our borough-based services.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our new local delivery model, which brings togethermental health and community (physical health)services acrossEaling, Hounslow, and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Working closely with Borough Clinical Directors, Associate Borough Directors, and multi-disciplinary teams, you will lead on performance, improvement and implementation of change—ensuring services are responsive, equitable, and digitally enabled.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and performance leadership across borough services, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Translate data into insight, supporting teams to understand performance and drive improvement.
• Lead borough-level productivity, digital optimisation, and transformation initiatives.
• Support pathway redesign in line with national programmes such as theCommunity Mental Health FrameworkandMental Health Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme.
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, andCQC readinessthrough strong local assurance systems.
• Build partnerships with primary care, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations to deliver integrated, population-based care.
