At CHD Living, we’ve been providing compassionate, family-centered care since 1984, proudly serving communities across Surrey and South London. Now, we’re excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new care home in Woking — Willow Grange, set to open between December and January, subject to CQC registration.
We’re looking for a dedicated Domestic Assistant to help us create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. As part of our domestic team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of housekeeping and laundry services within the home.
What You’ll Do:
Perform housekeeping duties, ensuring all communal areas and resident rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
Take care of laundry services, washing, drying, and ironing residents' clothes and bedding
Ensure that all health and safety and hygiene guidelines are followed
Work alongside other team members to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents
Help maintain a positive atmosphere where residents feel at home and valued
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a housekeeping or domestic role is beneficial, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right candidate
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
A caring and compassionate nature with a passion for providing excellent service to others
Reliability and flexibility, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
