Healthcare Assistants – Nights & Weekends
£13.68/hour (excluding holiday pay) | Weekly Pay | Flexible Hours
Phoenix Care Staff is expanding and we’re looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to support our clients across Nursing and Residential Homes during night and weekend shifts.
If you’ve worked with us before or are part of the Phoenix network, this is a great opportunity to pick up additional flexible hours with full support from our friendly team.
About the Role
You’ll provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene assistance)
- Supporting with meals and fluid intake
- Using moving and handling equipment safely
- Offering emotional and social support
- Assisting with light domestic tasks
- Working closely with other staff to maintain care standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months’ paid UK care experience
- Caring, reliable, and professional approach
- Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends
- Commitment to high-quality care
