Overview
We’re looking for a reliable Roofing Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting experienced roofers on various domestic roofing projects, ensuring sites are kept tidy, safe, and well-organised.
This is a full-time, permanent role (following a successful probation period). Applicants with a full UK driving licence are preferred but not essential.
Main Duties
Assisting roofers with materials, tools, and general site tasks
Loading, unloading, and transporting materials safely
Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Supporting installations of roofing, roofline, and flat roofing systems
Assisting with basic lead work and roof preparations
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in roofing, construction, or general labour preferred but not essential
Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically fit and reliable
Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Committed to safe working practices
