Summary
Site Manager
Industry: Construction

Hours: 8am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: start 11th November for approx. 24 weeks
Duties:
Responsible for overseeing a remedial facade replacement project on a multi-story, multi unit building.
Planning and supervising all site activities in liaison with the Project Manager,
Managing sub-contracted installation teams,
Overseeing performance and ensure adherence to health and safety, including lifting techniques,
Working to schedules, regulations and quality standards,
Completion and submission of site documentation,
Review and comment on sub-contractor RAMS where required,
Participate as required in any investigations to breaches of EHS regulations, policies or procedures.
Experience:
Must have previous site management experience including overseeing installation teams and scaffolding, preferably within glazing and curtain walling.
Must have excellent communication skills, strong team work and leadership skills and be proactive and solution focused with good attention to detail.
Must have valid SMSTS card, current first aid certificate and through knowledge of construction industry EHS standards and requirements. Training in lifting techniques and associated plant is an advantage.
Must have a good level of computer literacy.
Salary: £26.50 per hour worked PAYE
