Phoenix Care Staff is a family-run care provider proudly supporting Nursing and Residential Homes across the local area. We’re looking for experienced Night Care Assistants who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care and comfort throughout the night.
Driving licence preferred but not essential
What You’ll Receive:
- £13.68 per hour, paid weekly

Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting during the night
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes
- Assisting with repositioning and mobility to promote comfort and prevent pressure -sores
- Providing reassurance, companionship, and emotional support
- Carrying out light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, calm environment
- Ensuring thorough and accurate record-keeping throughout the shift
