Crynodeb
Principle duties and responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes for the residents.
Ensuring that the food is appropriately garnished and presented to a high standard.
Ensuring that working areas are kept in a clean and hygienic condition and that good hygiene practices are maintained at all times.
Ensuring that the materials and equipment are used safely and securely according to the Health and Safety Policy and Food Hygiene Policy.
Will attend lectures on Fire, Health and Safety, Hygiene and other matters as appropriate.
Must co-ordinate work activities in teamwork approach with other members of the Catering team.
Must at all times project a friendly, helpful, courteous and professional image when in contact with other staff or persons.
