Summary
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner for our Tilehurst based Preschool. The position is for term time only working a minimum of 4 days per week 8.30am - 3.30pm.
The main duties would include working as a keyworker; completing learning journals, assist in room planning, attend to personal care and liaise with parents/carers on a daily basis.
To carry out daily duties to ensure the environment is kept clean, tidy and safe for the children.
The position will involve liaising with outside agencies such as Speech and language therapists, family support workers, social workers and to complete relevant reports, records and paperwork as required.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of the EYFS, and have previous experience of working in an early years setting. Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential.
The role will also require an enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
