Bank Worker - Residential Cover
£12.21 per hour
Our client seeks to employ a Residential Cover Worker to join their enthusiastic, vibrant, and hardworking team.As one of only two specialist horse racing colleges in the UK, this third sector provider delivers training for people in both racing and other equine industries.Located in the scenic grounds of a private estate near Doncaster, they achieved Ofsted Grade 2 for overall effectiveness and Grade 1 for both Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development in December 2022.
The Residential Cover Worker would complete ADHOC work, to cover sporadic holidays and sickness. Applicants must have experience of working with young people, preferably within a residential setting, good communication skills and a full driving licence.The role involves the supervision and pastoral care of their learners outside of normal working hours.
The Residential shift patterns are:
- Monday: 8:00pm to 8:00am; Saturday and Sunday: 5:30pm to 10:30pm
- Friday: 5:00pm to 10:30pm; Saturday and Sunday: 5:30pm to 10:30pm
- Friday: 6:00pm to 8:00am
There is an expectation/opportunity for you to pick up extra hours/shifts with holiday cover.
