Summary
Fixed Term for 10 months - IMT Senior Programme Manager. Responsible for the leadership and rollout of a CLCH wide change programme. This includes oversight of all programme and project work streams; documentation, reporting, benefits tracking and oversight of the delivery by project managers. Ensuring maintainance of the programme business case making and bringing new business case considerations to the Trust.
Provide overall programme management of key deliverables and associated staff
Take direct responsibility for the budget, planning, and implementation of programme and project deliverables.
Development of the change management, stakeholder and communication plan for the programme
Create, maintain or co-ordinate all programme-related control documentation
Ensure regular reporting on all programme work streams and projects, including weekly Highlight Reports where required.
Adhere to the defined governance structure, reporting into the various management structures.
Responsibility for budget management (capital and revenue), working closely with the finance team to report month end budget position
Provide leadership for project managers and project work streams
Development and delivery of the change management, communication and stakeholder engagement plan
Accountable for ensuring all risk and issues are identified, prioritised, assessed and mitigated, ensuring senior stakeholders are briefed
Ensure realisation of benefits for the Trust through planning and designing that the project outputs meet programme requirements.
Ensure dependencies are actively managed, act as an arbiter and resolve issues between the various elements of the programme.
Set the critical path, with direction from the Head of Business Change & Innovation and key trust stakeholders.
Manage self, staff and resources effectively, including matrix management of shared resources.
