We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated team player to join our busy Strategy and Transformation Team as a Project Manager. You will play a critical role in managing and delivering complex and significant change projects.

You will have the opportunity to;

Work in a forward-thinking Council and within teams that have clear, shared values
Work with a range of social care teams, partners and other key stakeholders, helping to ensure they deliver the best services possible
Oversee performance development work for the Directorate linking into existing corporate services and digital developments across the Council.
Manage and lead key quality functions in the Directorate including the Business Support Service, training co-ordination and internal quality assurance.
You will have:

Degree or equivalent level business and/or performance related qualification
Experience of analysing business performance information
A proven track record of managing of busy team
Effective communication skills
A commitment to improving service delivery
