Summary

The Role
We’re looking for a confident and caring Senior Carer / Team Leader to lead our day shift team. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, making sure everything runs smoothly and that our residents receive the best possible, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll guide and support the care team, helping everyone deliver high standards of care and feel proud of what they do. From organising daily routines and administering medication, to checking on residents’ wellbeing and keeping records up to date — you’ll play a key part in making each day run safely and smoothly. You’ll also be the link between residents, families, and professionals, ensuring great communication and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, along with solid experience in a care or team leader position. Confidence, compassion, and a hands-on approach are essential.
