Summary

Our Hub Managers are members of the Middle Management Team. As Registered Managers, NVQ5s in Health & Social Care, they manage our sites, Staff and services delivered at our Day Centres for adults with intellectual (learning) disability. These services develop the skills of adults with intellectual disability enabling them to secure work, manage their health and wellbeing, and live as independently as possible.

Our Coundon Hub Team are award-winning learning disability Specialists, recognised both nationally and regionally for best practice. They are joined by our Projects Specialists (Work Coaches) on a regular basis. Delivering a busy programme of activities in the community and on site, the Team also runs our Community Shop, an outreach meals delivery service and gardening services, giving Clients regular work experience.

We are looking for someone with passion to create opportunities for adults with intellectual disability, to inspire a talented and hard-working Staff team, and to take forward our excellent work serving the local community.
