About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support clients with a range of complex health needs in their own homes. You’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enables our clients to live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.
You will be working with clients who may require:
Tracheostomy or ventilator care
PEG feeding
Catheter or stoma care
Spinal or brain injury support
Medication administration and monitoring
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
Have previous complex care experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Live in or near Oxford – we are unable to support relocation
Be reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering outstanding care
Be eligible to work in the UK (we can offer sponsorship for the right candidate)
