About the Role
As Brand Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the next stage of our brand’s evolution. You’ll combine strategy with creativity to build a consistent, powerful brand identity and help expand our franchise network across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and business development — someone who can think big while managing details that deliver real results.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
* Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen our market position and boost awareness in the QSR and franchise space.
Franchise Development
* Support the growth of our franchise network through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing brand support and training.
Brand Consistency & Guardianship
* Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all locations, campaigns, and communications.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Lead the planning and rollout of national and regional campaigns — including new product launches and seasonal promotions.
Performance Tracking & Insights
* Monitor performance metrics and turn insights into actionable marketing and brand strategies.
Internal Culture & Advocacy
* Promote brand values internally, ensuring all teams and partners represent the Dipping Donuts ethos.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Food & Beverage brand management
* Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
* Solid understanding of brand-building and franchising models
* Passion for building and growing brands
* Business Management graduate (or equivalent experience preferred)

* £55,000–£60,000 per annum salary
