Summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Operative in Bedford, MK42 6EY
Typical working hours and payrate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) - 2200 -0600
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 1800-0600 (36 hours)
- Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays - 1800-0600 (36 hours)
- Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays -1800-0600 (36 hours)
- Base rate £12.40 per hour
- Night shift premium - £1.90 earn between 2200-0600
- Overtime £14.40 per hour during October, increasing to £16.40 during November and December
- Overtime paid after 37.5 hours in the week
- Performance related pay is also available with up to £3 per hour additional available!
Duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Working to pick targets to order pick in the warehouse using LLOPs and scanners
- The work will include order picking of a number of household items, including alcohol products
- General warehousing duties such as packing, wrapping, palletising etc.
- Loading and unloading of containers
- General housekeeping anf use of MHE such as PPTs and LLOPs
